The rates listed below are for a standard cleaning of a furnished home. Move-in and move-out cleaning services are priced at a flat rate of $299 (0 to 1000 sq ft), $399 (1001 to 2000 sq ft), $499 (2001 to 3000 sq ft) and $599 (3001 to 4000 sq ft).
You may pay by cash, check or Zelle and payment is due at the time of service. For the consideration of our employees, cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.

What to do with your pets during service:
Behavior: If your pet is friendly and comfortable with strangers and vacuum noises, they are welcome to roam freely.
Anxiety or Flight Risks: If your dog or cat is prone to anxiety or might try to slip out the door while we are moving equipment, we kindly ask that you secure them in a crate, a designated “pet-free” room, or the backyard.
Instructions: Please let us know your pet’s name and any specific instructions (like “don’t let the cat out”) in your initial quote request so our team can be prepared!
No, you don’t need to worry about a thing! Our team arrives fully equipped with all the necessary vacuums, microfiber cloths, and sustainable cleaning agents required to give your home a professional clean.
We send 2 or 3 cleaners depending on the time slot chosen.
We understand that plans can change. However, because we reserve a specific time slot exclusively for your home and travel throughout Marin to reach you, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations within 24 hours: If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, a fee of 50% of the service price will be charged.
Arrival/Lockout Cancellations: If our team arrives at your home and is unable to gain access or is turned away at the door, the full 100% service fee will apply.
