Whereas the majority of cleaning services in Marin charge between $70 and $99 per hour, our pricing structure is based around the size of the home and not by the amount of time it takes. You know what you are paying upfront with no hidden charges or fees. Our approach prevents any potential disagreement that may arise regarding the exact amount of billable time.

The rates listed below are for a standard cleaning of a furnished home. After this initial visit has occurred we can discuss a rate moving forward, which will be based on your home’s specific requirements as well as how frequently you would like your home serviced. Move-in and move-out cleaning services are priced at a flat rate of $299 (0 to 1000 sq ft), $399 (1001 to 2000 sq ft), $499 (2001 to 3000 sq ft) and $599 (3001 to 4000 sq ft).

You may pay by cash, check or Zelle and payment is due at the time of service. For the consideration of our employees, cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
